Main Hall
16m long by 12m wide reducing to 9m wide at store cupboards. The Maximum height is 3.5m reducing to 2.8m around the edges. Audio/Visual system installed including Hearing Loop. There are two Store Cupboards 4.4m wide by 3.0m deep for the storage of tables and chairs and some Club equipment. Lighting is by LED fittings controlled in three zones with one zone controlled by a two-way switch. Two shuttered hatches provide access to the Bar and Kitchen.
Meeting Room
6.4m wide by 4.25m deep with double door entry.

4.25m by 3.5m fitted with commercial quality large upright Fridge, six ring double door Oven with extractor over, Dishwasher, Microwave, water heater for drinks, Hot Cupboard (120 plates). Double drainer double sink unit with separate hand wash sink both supplied by constant hot water.

3.55m by 3.0m fitted with commercial Glasswasher (16 Pint), water heater for drinks, Wine (48 bottles) & Bottle (190 cans/bottles) Coolers, and Ice Making Unit. Double drainer double sink unit with separate hand wash sink both supplied by constant hot water.
Toilet Facilities
The Female toilets have four cubicles and three hand wash basins. The Male toilets have two cubicles, two urinals and three hand wash basins. There is also a separate Disabled Toilet which is fully equipped to Regulation standards.
Heating
Underfloor heating throughout supplied by an Air Source Heat Pump.
Electricity
Three phase electrical supply with 64 roof mounted PV Panels.
Car Park
There is an on-site car park with 26 parking spaces, plus 3 spaces allocated to blue badge holders. Overflow car parking is available on request, presently on grass and weather dependent and this provides another 35 spaces.
Alarms
The building is fitted with a Fire and Burglar Alarm systems.
