Booking and Hire
As you will appreciate, we have had to put in place new conditions for bookings and hirings in accordance with the government's guidance on opening village halls. Here is a summary until full reopening on 21 June when we will provide another update:
Face coverings must be worn - this is now a legal requirement
Maximum number in the Meeting room remains 5
Following the latest COVID-19 secure guidelines, there can be more than 6 people in total, but no one should visit or socialise in a group of greater than 6. Groups must not mingle.
Maximum numbers are now 50 in the main hall , but 15 for Wedding receptions
The Bar and Kitchen are available but they must close at 2200
Special Covid-19 booking conditions still apply
The hirer will need to carry out their own Risk Assessment
Certain activities are not currently permitted (check with your governing body and/or government guidance)

This is the place where you can request to book the Main Hall or the Meeting Room. Our hire rates are below.
Please note that at any one time both the Main Hall and Meeting room may be hired out to different users. To have exclusive use of the building you would need to book both rooms.

As you enter the hall, you will notice a poster with a QR code on the notice board. If you have the NHS track and trace app on your smartphone phone, please scan the QR code on entry.
To make a booking, Please click the booking button and fill in the form.
When you have completed the form, click the Submit button and your details will be sent to us.
We will usually contact you within 3 days to confirm your booking and arrange payment.
