We are planning to have a small ceremony to mark the lifting of the first sod, and to signal the beginning of the new Village Hall construction phase of the project in earnest.

To begin with, there will be a brief ceremony followed by rolls and a hot drink in the church at 12:30, then an update on progress followed by the main event on the playing field.
