Commencing Tuesday, 5 February and every Tuesday thereafter, from 7pm to 8.30pm.
No experience necessary, just come along and participate, everyone is welcome. Benefits of regularly playing are varied from helping to keep you fit and active to possible improvements in coordination, balance and much more.
£3 per week.
Refreshments are available and all equipment is provided.
